End: 2013 Spectra Secondary School is an award-winning specialised secondary school. It adopts unique teaching pedagogy for its vocational students. The aspiration to nurture a skilled new generation is captured in the flexible design of the school which supports unique programs like cooking studios and hospitality suites, etc. The symbolic notion of caring educator is realised in the façade design, which surfaces from the abstraction of a cupped human hand.
The construction of the school employed industry leading standards in the implementation of full BIM for the entire project.
It is the first public school to be awarded the GreenMark Platinum. It received the BCA construction excellence award 2013 upon achieving the highest CONQUAS score for the institution category.
